A young marketing and management graduate, Abdallah returns home to take over his father's company and collides with the deal-making mentality inside the firm and among those around him. To remain faithful to his ideals, he turns to culture and the arts to carry new ideas in a world ruled by corruption, business, and intrigue. This is how he puts Saïd, a budding young musician, on the path to fame. He does the same for Tayeb, a young painter showing his work on the sidewalks, and for Rachid, a young street cigarette vendor in whom he recognizes the rare talent a major film production company is looking for.
